Sing with the Mennonite Mass Choir!

This fall, join with Menno Singers and the Mennonite Mass Choir to sing Handel’s Messiah with the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony Orchestra at Centre in the Square!

Rehearsals will take place each Monday evening beginning September 25th at First Mennonite Church (800 King St E, Kitchener), from 7:30-9:30pm, leading up to a final performance on the afternoon of Sunday, December 10, 2023. 

The fee to sing in this year’s mass choir is $140 for general choristers, or $25 if you are under 25 years old. (Tax receipts will be issued.)

*Notes:

• A dress rehearsal will take place on Saturday, December 9th, from 10am – 1pm. 
• You will need to borrow or purchase your own copy of the ‘orange’ Watkins-Shaw edition of the score, for a cost of approximately $13. You can purchase your copy anyway, but click here to buy one via Amazon. 
• Further information will be shared via email over the summer and into the fall.
