Menno Youth Singers

Menno Youth Singers is a mixed voice choir for teens and young adults ages 14 (Grade 9) and up. The Menno Youth Singers, along with the Menno Singers and the Inter-Mennonite Children’s Choir form the Menno Singers Family of Choirs. Based in Kitchener-Waterloo, each of the choirs rehearse and perform independently and on occasion all three choirs perform collaboratively.

The choir welcomes youth who are interested in exploring choral music with a focus on sacred repertoire, music rooted in the Mennonite choral tradition, as well as music that challenges, stimulates, and engages the imagination of both singer and listener.

Our goal is to provide opportunities for young people to develop a range of musical skills and to experience the joy of choral music, by connecting youth in the community who have a passion for song.
